At Pahadi Rasyan , we take pride in delivering 100% organic and chemical-free agricultural produce sourced directly from the farmers of Uttarakhand. Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:
  1. Damaged or Defective Products – If the product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective.e
  2. Incorrect Product Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
  3. Expired Product – If the product delivered is past its expiration date.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Email us at pahadi.rasyan@gmai.com or Whats App us at +91-7977782638 with:

    1. Order number
    2. Clear images of the product showing the issue
    3. A brief explanation of the problem
  3. Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Products that have been opened or used (unless damaged upon arrival).
  2. Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
  3. Items that do not meet our refund eligibility criteria.

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund claims at our discretion.
